Several gunshots fired into Scarborough home, occupants unhurt

Toronto police are investigating after a home was shot up in Scarborough’s Morningside Heights neighbourhood Monday night.

Police were called to Coopman Pathway, near Morningside and Old Finch avenues, for the sound of gunshots at 11:06 p.m. Nov. 13.

A home on the street was found to have five bullet holes in the exterior wall and one in a window.

“The door was shattered. Shell casings were also located,” Toronto police spokesperson Const. Caroline de Kloet said.

There were people inside the home at the time of the shooting; no one was hurt.

Police didn’t release a description of the shooter or shooters.
