UPDATE: Missing girl, 14, last seen near Steeles and Bathurst found

A missing 14-year-old girl last seen in North York has been found.

Halima Jackson had been last seen in the area of Steeles Avenue and Bathurst Street at 6:15 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11.

She was described by Toronto police as five-foot-seven and 110 pounds with brown eyes and long black hair. She had been last seen wearing a black bubble winter jacket, light blue jeans and black-and-white high-top shoes.

Police released her photo and asked for the public's help finding her Sunday, Nov. 12. On Monday, Nov. 13, police announced she had been found and thanked those who assisted with the search.
