UPDATE: Missing girl last seen in North York found

A missing 17-year-old girl last seen in North York has been found.

Yue “Kandy” Liu had been last seen in the area of Yonge Street and Finch Avenue at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 10.

The 17-year-old girl was described by police as five-foot-six with a thin build, brown eyes and long black hair. She had been last seen wearing a brown knee-length jacket, white scarf, blue track pants and black-and-white shoes.

Police released her photo and asked for the public’s help finding her Saturday, Nov. 11.

On Monday, Nov. 13, police announced she was found in Quebec Sunday, Nov. 12.
