News Oct 12, 2017 by Toronto Newsroom Bloor West Villager

A second open house consultation about the redevelopment of 2280 Dundas St. W. is happening Saturday, Oct. 14.

Community members are invited to weigh in on the redevelopment proposal for the site at Dundas and Bloor streets, which currently houses a Loblaws and LCBO, between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

The drop-in session hosted by the developer, Choice Properties, will feature remarks from Councillor Gord Perks at noon and 2 p.m. There will be complimentary food and refreshments.

Preliminary plans and concepts for the site will be presented, along with feedback from the first open house, and the developer will launch a “community idea centre” to facilitate further feedback from the community about the site’s redevelopment.

Another open house is expected to be held this winter, before Choice Properties submits its plan to the City.
