Community Nov 21, 2017 North York Mirror

Shulman Law Firm P.C.’s recent food drive brought in more than 900 pounds of food for North York Harvest Food Bank.

This worthy cause works to ensure families, children, seniors, new Canadians and individuals who are working with a fixed income can access good, nutritional food in a dignified way.

“We strongly believe that no one should have to choose between eating or paying for other fixed costs, and we share this charity’s mission to eradicating hunger in our community,” said Shulman Law Firm P.C. founder Ron Shulman.

Since 2015, the family law practice, which has offices in North York, downtown, and Vaughan, has donated a total of 2,565 pounds of food, exceeding each year’s goals.

“As a family law firm committed to making positive impacts in our clients’ lives, we could not turn a blind eye to the issue of hunger affecting our community,” Shulman said. “Our team has come together to make a true and real impact to strengthen the lives of people around us.”
