1. This week is Holocaust Education Week. There are several events taking place throughout the week, including FILM SHOWINGS and MUSICAL PERFORMANCES. For events in your local community, check the link in the sidebar.

2. Into sampling food and beer pairings? Check out the BEERWORKING - FOOD AND BREWMASTERS PANEL at the Propeller Coffee Company in the Bloor-Lansdowne area.

3. If you haven't had enough of Halloween-like events, THE EVIL DEAD is booked for additional shows until Sunday, Nov. 9 at the Randolph Theatre on Bathurst Street.

4. Thursday marks the kick-off of the four-day ENVIRONMENTAL FILM FESTIVAL at the AGO. More than 40 films!

5. On the sporting side of things, the TORONTO RAPTORS  ARE HOSTING THE OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER on Tuesday night, and kick off a seven-game homestand Friday night when THEY HOST THE WASHINGTON WIZARDS. In the Canadian Football League, the TORONTO ARGONAUTS HOST THE OTTAWA REDBLACKS on Friday night.
