An osteoporosis support group meeting will be held on Monday, March 22, at the Scarborough Village Recreation Centre, located at 3600 Kingston Rd.
The meeting will feature guest speaker and dietitian Eleanor Nash, who works for West Hill Community Services. She will speak about nutrition and how it affects osteoporosis.The meeting is free and runs from 10 a.m. to noon.Call 416-396-4051 for more information.
