Famous People Players presents its original production Hi-Yo Silver - the story of a little girl with big dreams until April 30.
The show takes audiences on an musical journey through the early days of the company, featuring appearances by many of the celebrity puppets who have graced the stage over the 35 years since its inception.Some of the highlights include a Broadway debut in New York City's Lyceum Theatre, opening for Liberace in Las Vegas and founding the Dine and Dream Theatre in Toronto. Anecdotes about celebrity donations from the likes of Phil Collins, Tom Cruise and the late Paul Newman are included in the show.Performances run Tuesday to Saturday with a lunch and matinee show starting at 11:30 and a dinner and evening show at 6 p.m. For reservations call 416-532-1137.
