FREE WALKING TOUR takes place at High Park from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Meet at the benches across the road from the Grenadier Restaurant. Walks are on wooded trails so wear appropriate footwear and clothing. Donations welcome. This week, learn Winter Tree identification with Toronto Urban Forestry staff.

HIGH PARK STEWARDSHIP COMMITTEE meets for seed cleaning, to get ready for spring planting. Meet at 10:30 a.m. in front of the Grenadier Restaurant. The group will then go to the south Greenhouse. THE UKRAINIAN CANADIAN ART FOUNDATION (KUMF Gallery) hosts an opening for the exhibit of coloured prints by Bohdan Soroka of Lviv, Ukraine at 3 p.m. The artist will be present at the opening. The exhibit continues until March 7. KUMF Gallery, 2118 Bloor St. W. Suite 204.
