Thunder teams finish in top spot of COMFL. Two of the three Scarborough Thunder rep teams are 2009 Central Ontario Minor Football League (COMFL) champions.

The tyke and peewee teams won the AAA championship held at Esther Shiner Stadium on Sunday, Nov. 15.

The tyke team beat Hamilton 18-0 and the peewee team beat Markham 46-9.

The atoms Thunder lost to Burlington 30-18.

The tykes and peewees finish their season with a record of 7-3. The atoms finished with a 9-1 record.
