Two insidetoronto.com readers will be watching the 1979 movie that earned Sally Field the Best Actress Academy Award.

Heather Rosen from Midtown Toronto and Anne Black from Etobicoke each won a copy of Norma Rae. Based on a true story about a Southern millworker who organizes her fellow factory workers to fight for better conditions and wages, the movie, courtesy of foxhome.com, also stars Beau Bridges.
