I recently received a letter from MP Borys Wrzesnewskyj proclaiming his disagreement with the decision of Prime Minister Harper to prorogue parliament. Mr. Wrzesnewskyj went on to say that "The citizens of Etobicoke Centre and Canada, and not Mr. Harper, are my boss."
A little over a year ago I sent an email to Mr. Harper, Mr. Ignatieff and Mr. Wrzesnewskyj, expressing my disgust at the childish games being played at that time by all of our federal political parties. It was only Mr. Wrzesnewskyj that did not have the decency to reply to my email. Obviously at that time he did not care that I was his "boss".Is it any wonder that Canadians have lost respect for our elected political representatives when their insincerity is so blatant, and they show no consideration for the electorate who have given them the privilege of feeding at the public trough.Tony Aziz
