Riding public transit helps keep the weight off: reader

To the editor:

Weight loss is a common New Year's resolution.

I would suggest to all Torontonians to get moving the better way and start using public transit. Running to get the TTC is motivational, but keeps its riders fit and trim. A healthy fitness program keeps the pocketbook in shape, as well.
