Toronto moving in the right direction
I wasn't aware there was a bylaw that prevent homeowners to have solar panels on their houses, but I am glad the city removed it.
However, I don't think by simply removing a bylaw will it motivate all of us to start putting up solar panels. This will only target people who are interested in the environment. The people who didn't care about the solar panels before probably still won't care about it now.
But the good news is that I do think that Toronto is moving in the right direction.
