Visible minority women living in Toronto Community Housing Corporation residences can sign up for free community leading and learning Seneca College credits.
The credits, offered at the Seneca College at Yorkgate campus, 1 Yorkgate Blvd., include 100 hours in the classroom and 100 hours in a training placement.
