G20 suspect apprehended

A 33-year-old Toronto man has been charged with mischief under $5,000 and failure to comply with his probation in connection with damage caused to a police car during the G20 Summit.

Officers from Toronto Police Service's G20 Investigative team arrested Matthew McDonald on Wednesday, July 28.

He had a July 28 court appearance.

Anyone with information, images, or video footage relating to individuals wanted in connection with crimes committed during the G20 Summit should call 416-808-0650, email g20investigativeteam@torontopolice.on.ca, or upload a form at www.torontopolice.on.ca/g20investigation/

Information can also be dropped off at any police station in the GTA.
