Police have issued a public safety alert after three vials of liquid methadone were lost in the Dufferin Street and St. Clair Avenue area on Tuesday, March 16.
"If ingested, this amount is sufficient to be a lethal dose," police said in a news release.Anyone who locates the medication is asked not to touch it but to call 13 Division at 416-808-1300.
