Two women from the 2010 Ride to Conquer Cancer's 31-member Babecycles team are hosting a special family fundraising event on Friday, March 26 at the Adam Beck Community Centre, 79 Lawlor Ave.
The event, which begins at 7 p.m., will feature a 45-minute show by professional comedian and juggler Craig Douglas.All proceeds will be directed toward the Campbell Family Institute at the Princess Margaret Hospital.The team participated in the 2009 Ride to Conquer Cancer and raised more than $80,000 for the cause.Admission costs $5 and refreshments will be provided.
