Massage therapy students lend a hand to Stephen Lewis Foundation

School can be stressful at times, but not in this case. Massage therapy students from Centennial College will be rubbing backs and kneading kinks for a charitable fundraising event on Saturday, March 27, to benefit the Stephen Lewis Foundation, which provides small scale funding to African communities dealing with the effects of HIV/AIDS.

The event is open to everyone and students will be offering one-hour long massage sessions for $30. People are welcome to make additional donations.

The event will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Student Massage Therapy Clinic, located at the Centennial Science and Technology Centre on 755 Morningside Ave.

For more information, contact Mark Toljagic at 416-289-5000 ext. 7142.
