Police are looking for a man who unlawfully left the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) at 1001 Queen St. W.

Nathan Allen Clarke, 26, was last seen on Wednesday, March 10 at 2:30 p.m.

In May 2004, he was found to be not criminally responsible for the attempted murder of his parents. The Ontario Review Board subsequently committed Clarke to the downtown west facility.

He is described as a white male, about 5'10" with a thin build, a very pale complexion, brown eyes, brown hair, and long bushy sideburns.

Clarke was last seen wearing a black spring jacket, a black t-shirt, brown cargo pants and white running shoes.

He left CAMH without his medication and may be suffering from dangerous mood swings and erratic behaviour.
