Man injured in early-morning robbery

A 49-year-old man was hurt during a robbery in a Dawes Road apartment building elevator Friday, March 5.â?¨Police said the victim was in the elevator with two males at about 6:10 a.m. One suspect pushed the victim against a wall. Both suspects then produced knives and stole cash from the victim's pockets.

The robbers fled the scene.

Police have vague descriptions of them.

The victim was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
