Police are asking the public for information about yet another violent jewelry store robbery in the Annex.The robbery happened on Saturday, Jan. 30 at about 4:40 p.m. near Bathurst and Dundas streets.Police report six suspects entered the store and began distracting the employees.One of the suspects then allegedly went to the back of the establishment where the safe was located.A male employee heard noises coming from the rear of the store and located a suspect removing a large quantity of cash from the safe. A struggled ensued when he grabbed the suspect's jacket.All of the suspects then fled the scene in an awaiting van.The staffer ran after them but was struck and knocked to the ground by the speeding getaway van. He sustained serious injuries.
