Police are looking for a woman after an 82-year-old man was assaulted and robbed in his apartment on Seeley Drive near Sheppard Avenue and Keele Street Thursday night.
Police said a woman knocked on the senior's door and asked to use his phone around 9:30 p.m.The victim allowed her inside. When the woman completed her call, she assaulted, choked and robbed the victim.The woman fled with the victim's cash. She is described as black, 25 to 30 years old, about 5'6" tall, 130 to 140 pounds with brown eyes, short brown hair and a medium build.Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
