A 34-year-old man suffered minor injuries Monday, Jan. 4, evening during an armed robbery at the Blue Pearl Spa at 3598 Dufferin St.
Police said a man wearing a disguise and armed with a shotgun entered the business and approached the victim around 7:45 p.m.The suspect struck the victim in the head and demanded cash. The victim, an employee, complied. The robber fled west on Anthony Road. He is black and 5'10" to 6'2" tall.The victim was taken to hospital for treatment.Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
