Students and community members are spending the night sleeping outdoors Friday, Nov. 20 to raise funding and awareness to support the homeless in downtown Toronto.
The third annual Out in the Cold event is run by students at the University of Toronto and is scheduled to kickoff at 9 p.m. at King's College Circle and end at 7 a.m. the next morning. Be sure to bring a warm sleeping bag, pillow, warm clothes and some snacks.Proceeds from the pledge-driven event will go toward supporting 416 Community Support for Women.This event is open to everyone, but participants must register at www.outinthecold.ca
