Man robbed of laptop and iPod while in parked car

Police are looking for a male suspect wanted in connection with the mugging of a 50-year-old man near Spadina Avenue and Baldwin Street.

The robbery happened on Wednesday, Oct. 21 at about 2:45 a.m. as the victim was in a parked vehicle.

Police report he was approached from behind by a male suspect, wearing a disguise, on a bicycle.

The suspects allegedly had a knife, reached into the victim's vehicle, held the weapon to the man's neck and demanded he hand over his personal belongings.

A struggled ensued and the suspect fled the scene westbound on St. Andrew Street with the victim's laptop and iPod.

The victim was not injured during the ordeal.

Police are looking for a male, about 27 years old, 5'7", and 150 pounds.
