The Ontario Chinese Seniors Association, a new group trying to help older Chinese Torontonians socialize and learn, hosts a spring celebration this Saturday, Feb. 25 in downtown North York.
This free event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. is in the party room of 35 Parkhome Avenue, a seniors building west of Yonge Street near North York Centre Station.Groups of seniors will perform and try karaoke, but the celebration is also an "opportunity for seniors to share information, support each other and network," the non-profit group said this week.
