Police believe two young brothers who were found shot to death in a North York stairwell Monday, Feb. 20 were targeted.
Police were called to a Bogert Avenue housing complex, near Sheppard Avenue and Senlac Road, around 4 p.m.
The victims were found in a stairwell leading to the underground parking lot by a passerby, police said.
Justin Waterman, 18, and Jerome Waterman, 22, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses reported seeing two suspects heading through Earl Bales Park after fleeing the scene, police said.
Investigators said they believe the men were targeted.
No arrests have been made.
