Grow op raided near Don Mills and Overlea

A marijuana grow op valued at $200,000 was seized by police in a Don Mills Road and Overlea Boulevard apartment building Monday, Feb. 6.

Police allegedly seized 171 marijuana plants, dry marijuana and growing equipment.

Robert Surge and Stephen Jones, both 29 and from Toronto, have each been charged with produce marijuana and possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Anyone suspicious of unusual activity in their neighborhood is asked to call police at 416-808-6100 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-8477.
