Rita Cox hosts storytelling session for children

A children's storytelling session with iconic community activist, librarian and master storyteller Rita Cox is set to take place Friday, Feb. 3 in Riverside.

Part of the Toronto Public Library's (TPL) Black History Month activities, the event will take place from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Queen/Saulter branch, 765 Queen St. E., which is a few blocks east of Broadview Avenue.

The TPL's Black and Caribbean Heritage Collection was named in honour of Cox, who has served as a Canadian Citizenship Court Judge since 1995.
