A workshop on toxic-free living will take place Tuesday, Jan. 17 at Community Centre 55.
Presented by the Women's Health Environment's Network, the WTF (Wannabe Toxic Free) workshop will begin at 7 p.m.During the seminar, attendees will learn more about environmental health concerns for personal care products, how to reduce exposure, how to outsmart green washing and safe disposal methods.People will also receive tips on how to make their own personal care products and how to test their favourite brands to see how safe they are.Community Centre 55 is located at 97 Main St. at Swanwick Avenue.For more details, call 416-691-1113.
