Fatal fall deemed murder, police say

A man found dead outside a North York building Friday, Oct. 28 was murdered, police say.

Police were called to 200 Exbury Rd., northeast of Jane Street and Wilson Avenue, at 11 a.m. They found the body of 55-year-old Patrick Walters in the rear parking lot.

An autopsy determined Walters died of multiple trauma associated to a fall.

He has been classified as the city's 41st murder victim of the year.
