September Pets of the Month

People looking for a special someone in their lives are invited to look to their closest pound.

The following are just two of the treasures people can find.

Katy

Meet beautiful Katy. She's a three-year-old, short-haired, brown tabby who is litter trained, loves being petted and purrs like a motor. She was originally found as a stray with her kittens and was placed into foster care.

All the kittens were recently adopted, but poor Katy is still waiting for a home to call her own.

Initially, she's shy of new people, but once she is confident and comfortable she blossoms. She would be best suited in a home without small toddlers and with people who will be patient with her until she's settled in her new environment.

Katy will be spayed before going to her forever home.

Snoopy

This handsome brindle Jack Russell terrier mix is Snoopy. He was brought to Toronto Animal Services North because his owners could no longer look after him.

The three-year-old happy boy is looking for an active family who will have time and energy to share with him. He's a charming fellow who is neutered and up-to-date with vetting.

If you are interested in Snoopy, call 416-338-8723. His animal ID number is A407107.
