The new garbage rules are terrible. Summer is bad enough, but in winter, when there is a lot of snow on boulevards, we will have to put these containers on the driveways. So if you have to go out before a pick-up, you will have to move the containers, get in your car, drive out, and then get out and put them back again, and of course, in the special, specified arrangement. This is bad enough for most, but worse for the elderly like myself.

Since all the work is done by the home owner, I think it only fair that their wages, should be less if all the do is push a button to load the container.
