Backstabbing can't be good for Scarborough

Re: 'Liberals should have toppled government, MP,' News, Oct. 19.

So another Liberal, this time Scarborough-Agincourt MP Jim Karygiannis, is back-biting Liberal leader Stephane Dion.

According to Karygiannis, he is a "hawk" who wants a federal election now, while his leader, Dion, is a "dove" who wants to wait.

It must be difficult for Dion to look ahead when he always has to watch his back from attacks by people in his own party.

All this in-fighting among Liberals can't be good for Toronto residents, especially for those of us in Scarborough, who have Liberal backbenchers representing us in Ottawa.
