East York Mirror
A community planning session on the development application for 1960-1962 Queen St. E., the current home of Lick's Homeburgers, will be held Monday, April 30.
The meeting, which will take place inside the gymnasium at Glen Ames Senior Public School, will run from 6:30 to 8 p.m. All are welcome to attend.
Local councillor Mary-Margaret McMahon is hosting the open house, which will provide area residents and business owners with more details about the proposed condominium and what city staff think about it.
Representatives from planning, technical services, heritage, water, and other City of Toronto departments will be on hand to answer any questions and explain the process in detail.
At this point, the final planning report on the development application is nearing completion and will be submitted at the upcomoing meeting of Toronto and East York Community Council, which is set to begin on May 15.
Glen Ames School is located at 18 Williamson Rd. at Lee Avenue.
