Residents warned after young woman sexually assaulted

Fourteen Division police are warning residents in the Dufferin and Bloor West streets area to take extra caution following a sexual assault in the neighbourhood on Sunday, Feb. 10.

Police say a man approached a 23-year-old woman who was walking her dog on Salem Avenue at around 3 a.m. and pushed her to the ground from behind. He then sexually assaulted her. The man is described as brown with a light complexion wearing a black, puffy jacket and black toque.
