School buses were cancelled for both the Toronto public and Catholic school boards, and college campuses including Centennial and Humber were closed Friday, Feb. 8, morning as the city dealt with a huge blast of snow.
Driving was difficult through the deep snow for commuters heading in.
Adding to the problems were that many highway off ramps were clogged with snow and cars were getting stuck.
Toronto and area is being hit today with as much as 25 centimetres of snow which is expected to continue through this afternoon.
