Medication stolen from sleeping TTC bus passenger

Toronto police are investigating after a quantity of methadone was stolen from a sleeping TTC bus passenger Monday, Jan. 28.
Police said a black backpack was stolen from the lap of the passenger while the bus was heading west along Finch Avenue between 2 and 3 a.m.
The bag contained three 120 milligram bottles of methadone.
The medication could be harmful or fatal if ingested, especially to children.
