Police seek suspect after sexual assault at York University

Police are looking for a suspect after a student was sexually assaulted at York University Friday, Nov. 23.
Police said a 20-year-old was sexually assaulted at Vari Hall shortly after getting off a TTC bus just before 5 p.m. A previous police report incorrectly stated the assault occurred at York Lanes.
The suspect fled the scene and was seen near the GO bus stop.
He is described as black, 5’10 to 6’0 with short black hair and bulging eyes. He was wearing a black bomber jacket with a red hoody pulled over his head, black jeans and black Nike sneakers with a white swoosh logo.
