A man and a woman are facing charges after police seized a nine-millimetre handgun at an address on Pharmacy Avenue.

According to police, a man and a woman got into a dispute at a convenience store in the Dean Park Road and Sheppard Avenue area and a man displayed a handgun tucked into his waistband on Sunday, Nov. 18.

The next day, police conducted a search warrant at a Pharmacy Avenue home where the gun was allegedly seized.

Thomas James McMahon, 25, and Brittany Rowe, 20, face a number of firearms related charges.
