Former Willowdale MP Martha Hall Findlay is apparently taking another crack at leading the federal Liberal party.
She is expected to make her announcement in Calgary on Wednesday, Nov. 14.
Hall Findlay ran for the leadership in 2006 to replace former leader and prime minister Paul Martin.
She was eliminated on the first ballot and threw her support behind Stephane Dion, who eventually won the race.
Hall Findlay was elected Willowdale MP in a byelection in March 2008 following the retirement of long-time Willowdale MP Jim Peterson.
She was re-elected in 2008 but was defeated by Conservative challenger Chungsen Leung inn 2011.
She is now an executive fellow at the University of Calgary.
