A man is in custody after a woman was found dead inside a Neilson Road and McLevin Avenue apartment building Tuesday, Aug. 7.

Police were called to 15 Sewells Rd. and discovered a 29-year-old woman with signs of trauma. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are not releasing the woman’s identity at this time.

Peter Gulyas, 35, of Toronto, has been charged with second degree murder.
