Man assaulted, robbed at Gerrard and Woodbine

Police are searching for two males who allegedly assaulted and robbed a 40-year-old man near Gerrard Street East and Woodbine Avenue.
The mugging happened Sunday, July 15 at about 8:30 p.m.
Investigators report two males approached the victim and struck him about the face and body before removing a quantity of cash from his pockets.
They then fled the scene in an unknown direction.
The victim sustained minor injuries but sought his own medical attention.
The first suspect is described as a white male, about 27 years old and 5’9” with a medium build and short, straight brown hair, while the second is a white male, about 27 years old and 6’ with a thin build and short, blond hair.
