The Aphasia Institute (www.aphasia.ca) seeks 6 new volunteers to assist with fitness classes adapted for individuals with physical disability. Often caused by stroke, aphasia is a language disorder. Persons with aphasia may have difficulty speaking and/or understanding the speech of others.
Come and join our team of over 90 volunteers. Supported Conversation for Adults with Aphasia Training is provided. We require a one year commitment, 3-hours weekly.
