Children's Programs
Karate for Children and Bullyproofing
Our children's programs will help your child grow and learn life skills as well as karate. Karate is a fun, safe activity for kids of all ages.
Adult Programs
Karate is a lifelong sport - it is never too late to start. Our adult programs get you in shape while mastering self-defense techniques. We also offer Women's Self Defense.
About Villari's
Villari's of Downsview teaches Shaolin Kempo Karate. We understand that effective Self Defense is as much a matter of confidence as physical technique. That's why we use positive reinforcement techniques and goal setting to help our students develop a strong self-image as they realize their physical capabilities. People who exude strength are rarely victims; but, should an assault occur, they have the knowledge and the strength to react effectively.
Our Facility
Our bright spacious and air-conditioned facility is filled with the latest Martial Arts training equipment, including WaveMaster Heavy Bags, Century Kick Shields, Century Target Pads and Blockers. Sky light lobby-viewing area is conveniently designed for family and friends to see how students improve and sharpen their skills.
