What child doesn't like crafts? With this craft, your budding artist can not only spend a few hours getting crafty, but also sell them to raise money for a cause dear to her heart.

Fun-d Raising Card Project
These cards are simple to make and easy to mass produce. Get your friends together and create note cards to sell as sets for fundraising for your favorite charity or cause. These cards can be made in any combination of colours. The samples were made in the national colours of Haiti. Cards can have a hand written note on the back such as: "Made by Jane, proceeds to go to Haiti Relief"
Materials
2 sheets 12 x 12 red cardstock
2 sheets 12 x 12 blue cardstock
1 sheet 12x 12 yellow&white polka dot patterned paper
White flowers (or petals from silk flowers)
6 gold brads (butterfly clips)
Tools
Paper trimmer
scissors
adhesive
A6 sized envelopes.
You can use stamped words, stickers or printed labels to personalize the cards to become birthday, thank you or other occasion cards.
Directions
Cut out three 6x8 inches rectangles in both the red and blue cardstock. Fold each piece in half to create a card base.
Red base card, cut a yellow polka dot rectangle 4 x 3 1/2 inches, cut blue card 2 x 3 1/2 inches, red card 1/2 inch by 4 inches, one white flower and one gold brad.
Blue base card, cut red card 5 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches, cut yellow polka dot 1/2 x 6 inches, one white flower and one gold brad.
Blue base card, cut 5 1/2 x 3 inch yellow polka dot rectangle, 1/2 by 5 1/2 inch red card stock, one white flower and one gold brad.
Red base card. cut blue card 5 1/2 by 2 inches, yellow polka dot 1/2 x 6 inches, one white flower and one gold brad.
Red base card, cut blue card 3 x 3 1/2, yellow polka dot 2 1/2 x 3 1/2, one white flower and one gold brad.
Blue base card, cut yellow polka dot 3 1/2 x 4 inches, red card 1 x 5 1/2 inches, one white flower and one gold brad.
