For smelly playdough, follow the same recipe, but add liquid flavouring such as peppermint or almond extract for smell.Cooked playdough500 ml flour250 ml salt30 ml cream of tarter500 ml water30 ml oilfood colouringPut flour, salt, cream of tartar and oil in a large saucepan. Add food colouring to the water. Add the liquid to the ingredients slowly and mix to get rid of many lumps as possible.Cook mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until very stiff.Knead with flour until smooth and pliable. Store in plastic bag.Smelly playdough500 ml water625 ml flour125 ml salt2 packages of flavoured drink crystals15 ml alum45 ml oilHeat water in the microwave until hot (about four to five minutes). Add water to flour, salt, Kool-Aid and alum. Mix and knead in oil.
