Breakfast boost smoothie.
Blend all the ingredients and take this breakfast on the go.

1 cup apple juice
1/4 cup all-bran cereal (natural or ground)
2 cups mixed berries (or your favourite fruit), fresh or frozen
1 banana
1 cup natural yogurt
Blend all the ingredients and go.
If you have the time to jazz it up, top with more yogurt, fresh berries and sprinkle with cereal.
