CRITTER CHATTER: Mikah an Fuzzy Bear looking for a home this Thanksgiving

North York Mirror

Welcome to October and a very happy Thanksgiving to all our readers.
This month you’ll meet Mikah, a fab feline, and Fuzzy Bear, a chow mix who would both be thankful for a new place to call home.

Mikah
Mikah is an about six-year-old neutered male brown tabby and white domestic shorthair. He’s been waiting for that special someone since early September when he came into the shelter has a stray cat. When Mikah arrived at the shelter he was a bit overwhelmed and it took a few days for him to adjust to the new environment. He’s said to be a sweet and social boy who enjoys human interaction and attention and is also sociable with cats. Mikah has been fully vetted and his ID No. is A754698. Fuzzy Bear
Fuzzy Bear is an about six-year-old spayed female chow and retriever mix. She’s been waiting at the shelter since early August for her special someone. Fuzzy is friendly and outgoing with staff who say “she’ll require grooming to keep her thick coat shiny and beautiful”. She is tolerant of quiet respectful dogs who give her space. She is not a fan of cats so a home without cats or small pets is required. Fuzzy Bear is fully vetted and her ID No. is A751200.
